Mts Store

We are over on Veera Desai Road 216, specifically in the Gnanajyothi Nagar and Azad Nagar area. Mts Store has been sitting here for quite some time. It's not a large operation, just a few of us making sure everything stays running. The space is a bit cramped because we try to keep a variety of items on hand for whoever stops in. Some days it’s very quiet and we spend the time re-stacking the shelves or fixing a light that’s flickering. Other days, everyone seems to come in at once and it gets a bit hectic. We don't mind either way. The neighborhood is fairly active, and we get to see a lot of different people. It’s interesting to hear the local gossip from folks who come by. We don’t put on any acts here; it’s just a plain shop with regular people working in it. Sometimes we forget to change the calendar on the wall, but nobody seems to care much. The front door has a bell that rings whenever someone enters, which helps us know when to come out from the back. We like the rhythm of it. Being on Veera Desai Road means there is always something happening outside. It’s a decent spot for a store like ours. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There is usually some tea on the stove if things get slow.
