Mts Store

We've been here at Gayathri Nagar 3052 for a while now. It's just a small spot called Mts Store where people come when they need things. Sometimes the shop gets a bit messy when we're busy unpacking boxes, but we try to keep it organized enough so folks can find what they're looking for. It isn't a fancy place with bright lights or anything. Just us behind the counter. Usually, the mornings are quiet and that's when we get most of the cleaning done. By the afternoon, neighbors start stopping by. We know most of the people who walk through the door by name. It’s a good way to spend the day, really. The shelves are mostly full, though we run out of things sometimes and have to wait for the next delivery. People ask us questions and we tell them what we know. If we don’t have something, we just say so. We don't try to push anything on anyone. It's just a regular shop in the neighborhood. My cousin helps out on the weekends when it gets a bit more crowded. The floor creaks a little near the back door but it’s fine. We like being part of Gayathri Nagar. It feels like home to us. There isn't much more to say about it. We open up early, drink some tea, and wait for the first customer to show up. It’s a simple life and we like it that way.
