We’re over at number 9 in Cox Town. The office is in a pretty old building that has a lot of character, but also a few drafts in the winter months. We handle cellular services, so the phones are always ringing. It can get pretty loud in here when everyone is on a call at the same time. We have desks squeezed in together and wires running along the floor. It’s not the prettiest setup, but it works for us. We’ve been in Cox Town for a good bit of time. The local bakery nearby is a favorite spot for our morning snacks. We don’t have a big corporate feel at all. We’re just a group of people trying to help customers with their mobile plans and SIM cards. Sometimes the system goes down and we all have to wait around drinking tea until it comes back up. That’s just how it is. We don’t have a fancy dress code. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for the weather. People stop by the office when they have problems with their phones, and we do what we can to fix it right then. Matrix Cellular Services Pvt Ltd isn't some giant call center. We’re just a small team in a small office. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking. When the day is over, we switch off the lights and go home.
