We are located over at Subbaraju Industrial Estate, right near Kottanur Dinne off Bannerghatta Road. Maa Star Chemical Agency is basically a small setup where we stock and distribute various chemical supplies for local businesses. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other workshops and small factories, which suits us just fine. Our day-to-day involves taking orders, checking our inventory, and loading up the tempo for deliveries. It’s a bit cramped in the warehouse sometimes, especially when a big shipment arrives, but we make it work somehow. The roads around Bannerghatta can be tough with the traffic, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning to save time. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on having the right stuff in stock when someone calls. Most of our customers are from the nearby industrial areas who need specific supplies for their own production lines. We’ve been in this spot for a few years and have gotten to know the other owners around here. It’s a practical, no-frills kind of place. We handle the chemicals carefully, keep the paperwork in order, and try to keep our prices fair so people keep coming back. It’s not glamorous work, but it is necessary for the businesses we serve. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can. There is always something to move or sort and we stay busy.
