Lapp India Pvt Ltd is located over in Jigani, at Parasbaug Society 98. It’s a bit of a drive for some of us, but we’ve gotten used to the commute over the years. This area has changed quite a lot since we first arrived. There’s more traffic now, and more buildings going up all the time. Our place at number 98 is a sturdy, no-nonsense spot. We do a lot of technical work here, so there’s always some kind of equipment running or various cables being moved about. It’s a practical environment. We don’t go in for fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. Most of the space is taken up by the things we actually use for our daily work. The people here are good, hard-working types who just want to get the job done right. We have our lunch breaks together in the small breakroom, talking about whatever’s on the news or local stuff happening in Jigani. It’s a very grounded place. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone trying to sell things. We just focus on what’s in front of us. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, and we just wait it out, maybe have another cup of tea and talk. It’s just part of life here. We’ve been part of the Parasbaug Society for a while and the neighbors are alright. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big speeches or corporate goals, just everyday work. That is all we do here.
