We are located at Madivala 1st Cross, right off Hosur Main Road. If you know that area, you know how hectic the traffic can get. Our building is at number 41369, and we spend most of our time inside trying to keep things organized. We provide concierge services, which basically means we handle a lot of different tasks for people who are too busy to do them themselves. It’s a lot of coordination and being on the phone. The office is pretty basic. We have a few computers, some desks that don't match, and a lot of post-it notes stuck everywhere. It’s not a polished service center; it’s just us working through a list of things to do. Some days are really quiet and we just sit around talking, and other days we don't even have time to eat lunch. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to get the tasks done correctly so people keep calling us back. We’ve been in Madivala for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. The Hosur Main Road is always a mess, but being right here makes it easy for us to get around when we need to. It’s just a normal job for us, helping people get their errands finished without much fuss or unnecessary delay.
