This location is out in the Bangalore Rural District, in a place called Gollahalli near Bidadi. It is a bit of a trek from the main city, but it is where a lot of our practical work happens. Suma. B. H and Jagadish G. P manage the activities here. Being in the Ramanagaram Taluk means we have a lot more space than we do in our city offices. The air is a bit clearer, and the environment is much more industrial and rural at the same time. Many of our staff come from the nearby villages and towns. We focus on the assembly and larger-scale aspects of our electronics production here. The day starts early to avoid the worst of the highway traffic coming out of Bangalore city. We have a solid routine of checking the inventory and getting the production lines moving. It is not a fancy corporate site; it is a working facility where we get our hands dirty with the actual hardware. We take our breaks together, often talking about local news or things happening in Bidadi, like the local food or the weather. It is a practical, hardworking atmosphere where the focus is on producing the parts we need for our electronics projects. It feels more like a community here because everyone knows each other well. We just work through the orders and try to keep the facility running smoothly throughout the week.
