Our facility is situated at Kudle Gate Main Road 48/2. At Iron Mountain India Pvt Ltd, we deal with a lot of physical stuff, mostly boxes and files that need to be kept safe. It’s a big space and it can get a bit dusty despite our best efforts. If you walk into our area, you'll see rows and rows of storage. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a modern tech office with bean bags. It’s a working warehouse and office combined. We spend our hours tracking where everything is and making sure nothing gets lost. It’s a lot of repetitive work, scanning barcodes and moving things from one spot to another. The traffic on Main Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to get our shipping and receiving done early in the day. We have a small break room where we eat and complain about the heat. The air conditioning works most of the time, but during the peak of summer, it struggles a bit. We don't have any fancy marketing slogans on the walls. We just know that people trust us to hold onto their important documents, so we take that seriously without making a big deal out of it. It’s a steady job and we’ve got a good rhythm going at 48/2. We just focus on keeping everything organized.
