Indegene Lifesystems Pvt Ltd is located in Domlur. It’s a well-known area and we’ve been here for a good while. The office is where we handle a lot of healthcare-related data and digital work. It’s not a clinic or anything like that. It’s just a lot of computers and desks where people sit and process information. We have a fairly large team, so the office can feel a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. The parking situation around here is always a bit of a headache, which is something we talk about every morning. We have a small canteen area where folks gather for lunch. The food is okay, nothing to write home about. We do a lot of work for companies far away, so we are often on video calls at odd hours of the day. The carpet in the lobby has a stain from a coffee spill two years ago that nobody ever quite got out. It gives the place character, I guess. We aren't a high-pressure sales office. We just focus on the technical side of medical records and life sciences. Most of us have been working together for years, so it’s a pretty comfortable environment. We keep a few newspapers in the lobby for visitors, but most people just look at their phones while they wait. Domlur is a good spot for us because it’s central to a lot of things. We just come in, do our shifts, and go home like anyone else. Sometimes we have a cake if it's someone's birthday.
