Green Logic India Technologies

Green Logic India Technologies is based over at Madivala 202/3. The building is an older one, and we’re on one of the upper floors. You have to walk up some narrow stairs to get to us. The office is filled with old hardware, cables, and various components scattered on workbenches. It isn't the cleanest place you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is. We don't have a lot of visitors, so we don't worry too much about having a polished look. It’s mostly just us tinkering with things and trying to fix technical issues that come up. The traffic in Madivala is always a nightmare, so we try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. We drink a lot of tea while we work. There’s no big corporate culture here. We don't have performance reviews or long strategy meetings. We just see what needs to be fixed or built and we get on with it. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, but that’s just part of the tech life. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or advertisements. People find us because they need technical help and heard we could do it. It’s a small operation, and we like keeping it that way. It’s easier to manage and we don’t have to answer to a bunch of bosses.
