Glitch Collective Limited Liability Part

Glitch Collective Limited Liability Partnership is situated in HSR Layout, specifically in Sector 3 at 477/A on 18th A Main. HSR is a pretty lively part of Bangalore and we fit right in with all the other small businesses and startups around here. We call ourselves a collective because it’s a group of us working together, rather than a big top-down company. The office has a bit of a raw feel to it. We haven't spent much on fancy decorations. Most of our budget goes into the tools we need for our work. It’s an open space where everyone can see what everyone else is doing. This helps us share ideas without having to schedule a formal meeting. We like the energy of 18th A Main. There is always a lot of movement and different people passing by. Our days are usually full of different tasks and we all end up wearing many hats. One minute you might be fixing a technical issue and the next you are talking about a new project. It’s a bit messy sometimes but we enjoy the variety. We usually end up at one of the local cafes in HSR for our afternoon break. It’s a good way to clear our heads before finishing up for the day. We are just a bunch of people trying to build something together in a way that feels right for us.
