We’re out in Whitefield, at number 129. If you’ve ever been to this side of town, you know it’s full of big IT parks and lots of traffic. We’re in a slightly smaller building, which suits us better. We focus on ergonomic work, so we spend a lot of time thinking about how people sit and use their desks. It’s ironic because our own office is a bit of a mix of different chairs and tables we’ve tested out over time. It’s a very hands-on environment. You’ll often find us moving furniture around or trying out a new keyboard setup to see if it actually feels better. We don’t have a big sales floor; it’s more of a workshop and office combined. The team is pretty small, and we all wear many hats. One minute someone is answering the phone, and the next they are helping unload a shipment. We don't use much corporate lingo here. We just talk like regular people and try to be honest about what works and what doesn't. Lunch usually happens at the desks or we go to the small canteen downstairs. It’s a busy atmosphere with people coming and going. We keep things simple and try to make sure we’re actually doing something useful every day instead of just sitting in meetings.
