We are based in Benson Town, at number 70. This is one of those neighborhoods that still feels a bit like the old Bangalore, with more trees and a slower pace than the rest of the city. Our office reflects that vibe. It’s a calm place to work, which helps because the technology stuff we do can get pretty complicated sometimes. We have a small group of engineers and developers who have been working together for a few years now. The office is basically one large room where we can all talk to each other without having to get up. We’ve got a couple of old fans that rattle a bit, but they keep the air moving. We don’t really do formal presentations or have a big corporate hierarchy. If something needs to be fixed, whoever is free just hops on it. We usually start the day with some coffee and a look at the logs from the night before. It’s not a glamorous job, but we enjoy the puzzle of making things work correctly. Sometimes we stay late when a project is near the end, but usually, we head home when the sun starts to go down. The street outside is quiet most of the time, except for the occasional delivery bike. It’s a decent place to spend the day and get some solid work done.
