The office is in a spot where there are plenty of trees, but the traffic can still be a nightmare during the morning rush. We have been here for a while, and the building has that typical Bangalore look from a few decades ago. Inside, we deal with relays and other electronic parts, so there are boxes stacked up in most of the corners. It’s not a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and the sound of the ceiling fans is always in the background. Most of the staff live nearby, so we all know the local tea stalls and where to get a decent lunch. We don't spend much time on decorations or making the place look like a corporate headquarters. It’s more about getting the orders sorted and making sure the stock is where it needs to be. Sometimes the rain floods the street a bit, and we have to be careful about the equipment, but we’ve managed so far. It’s a plain, hardworking environment where we just focus on the relays and keep things simple for everyone involved. We just take it one day at a time.
