It’s a residential-feeling area, which we like because it’s not as chaotic as the main business districts. We deal with a mix of marketing and tech stuff. It’s a small office, mostly just a room where we can sit and concentrate. We aren't a big company with a HR department or a cafeteria. We usually just order in or go to the local mess for lunch. The team is small, just three or four of us depending on the day. We’ve been working together for a while now. We started this because we wanted to do things our own way without all the corporate rules. We don't have a dress code or anything. Most days we’re just in jeans and t-shirts. We try to be honest with everyone we work with. If we can't do something, we just say so. It saves everyone time. The building is easy to find once you get onto 4th Main. We’ve got our routine down. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our business and we take care of it. We like the quiet streets around here. It helps us think. We just keep our heads down and finish whatever projects are on the table. That's the way it's been since we started.
