Cloudsight Technologies India Private Limited

We are way up on the 14th floor of the Brigade Gardenia Apartment in JP Nagar 7th Phase. It’s a bit of a different setup for a company like Cloudsight Technologies, being in a residential complex like this, but it works for us. The view from B 1412 is actually quite nice, you can see a lot of the south part of Bangalore from here. We aren't the type of company that has a big flashy entrance with a logo in lights. We’re mostly just a team of people sitting with our laptops and working through the day. Sometimes it’s quiet, and sometimes it gets a bit hectic when we have deadlines. We don't really use a lot of fancy terminology to describe our day-to-day. We just handle the tasks we’re given and try to stay organized. Living and working in JP Nagar is pretty convenient for most of us. There’s a lot of greenery around still, which is nice. We spend a lot of time on calls or just typing away. We don’t have a massive HR department or anything corporate like that. If something needs fixing, one of us just fixes it. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We’ve been at this for a while and we’ve learned that being direct is usually the best approach. It’s just regular work in a regular place.
