Cartridge World

Over at Vyalikaval Thakurdwar 44/1, you’ll find our little place, Shop No 1. Cartridge World is what it says on the sign. It’s a small shop right on the corner. We get a lot of dust from the road, so we’re always wiping down the counters. It’s just how it is in this part of town. Inside, it’s mostly just us and the machines. We’ve got shelves full of empty cartridges and bottles of ink everywhere. It’s not the neatest place, but it works for us. We know our regulars by their first names and what kind of printer they have at home or at their office. Sometimes we sit out front for a bit when it’s slow. The area around Thakurdwar is always moving, and being in Shop No 1 means we see it all. We don't do anything fancy with the decor. It’s just some old wooden shelves and a sturdy table for the work. Most days are pretty much the same—filling, testing, and cleaning. Occasionally a machine breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it instead of doing the actual refills. It’s a simple life running a shop like this. We just keep the doors open and do the work as it comes in. Nothing too special, just a local business trying to stay busy. We have a small tea stall nearby where we get our daily fix every afternoon.
