Our place is over in B 64/1 Peenya, which is basically the heart of the industrial area here. If you know Peenya, you know it’s all about warehouses and factories and a lot of dust. We spend our time working with different materials and organic compounds. It sounds more complicated than it is when you’re actually doing the work on the floor. Most of the day is just checking batches and making sure the equipment is running like it should without breaking down. We aren't a big corporate setup with a reception desk and coffee machines for guests. It's more of a boots-on-the-ground kind of operation. The staff here has been together for a good bit now, so we all know who does what without having to talk about it too much. Lunch is usually spent talking about anything except work. Being in an industrial estate means things are always moving, trucks coming in and out, and the constant noise of the machines next door. We focus on getting the materials out on time to our customers. Sometimes things break or a shipment gets delayed by the traffic, and we just deal with it as it comes. It's a practical way to live. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s just honest work in a busy part of town where nobody has much time for fancy talk or polished presentations.
