Up on the fourth floor of Shubaram Complex is where you will find us. We are at 144 MG Road, right in the middle of the Bazaar area which is always a bit chaotic with all the cars and people moving around. Being on the fourth floor helps get us away from some of that noise, though you can still hear the honking if the windows are open. We have got a decent-sized team here at Aviva Life Insurance Company India Ltd. It is mostly just rows of desks and people on phones or filling out forms. The lift in the building can be a bit slow sometimes, so we usually tell people to give it a minute or two. We handle life insurance stuff every day. It is not the most exciting work, but it is what we do. The view from up here looks out over the busy street, and sometimes we just watch the crowd while we take a break. MG Road is a landmark itself, so people never have trouble finding the building. We have seen many shops come and go in this bazaar while we have stayed put in the complex. Our office gets a lot of light in the afternoons which is nice. We don't have any big corporate speeches ready; we just focus on getting the files sorted and making sure the records are updated correctly for whoever walks in to see us.
