Aqua Cap

Our place is over in Jayanagar 3rd Block, specifically at number 15 on the 27th Cross, 13th Main. The area is called Tarabanahalli, and it’s a nice, settled part of the neighborhood. We’ve got a straightforward operation here. We deal with caps and water-related items, so there are always boxes and plastic components stacked up in the corners. The space isn’t very large, but we’ve organized it so we can move around without bumping into things too much. It’s a very grounded business. We spend a lot of our time checking orders and making sure everything is loaded onto the delivery vans correctly. The street outside is mostly residential, so it’s quieter than the main markets, which we appreciate. We have a few long-term staff members who have been with us since the beginning. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. Most people find us by word of mouth or by just walking past the building. There’s a small desk near the front where we handle all the paperwork, and it’s usually covered in pens and invoices. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. We just provide what people need and try to be fair about it. On rainy days, the water drips a bit near the back door, but we just put a bucket there and keep on with our work.
