Adithya Agencies is situated on the first floor of building number 38 on CMH Road in Indira Nagar. This part of Bangalore is always busy, and CMH Road is one of the main spots for trade and shopping. Being on the first floor gives us a little bit of a view of the street, which is always full of cars and people. Our agency handles the distribution of various goods, so the office is often filled with samples, boxes, and a lot of paperwork. It’s not a polished corporate space; it’s more of a functional office where we get things done. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to suppliers or coordinating deliveries. The stairs leading up to our office are a bit steep and narrow, so it can be a workout if you’re coming up and down all day. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been working together for a while now. We don't use any fancy management software; we just keep track of things in our own way. Indira Nagar is a great place to be, but the noise from the metro and the traffic can be quite loud. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, which brings in the city sounds. It’s a practical, local business. We don't have a long history to brag about; we just show up every day and make sure our clients get what they need.
