Bombay Tools Supplying Agency (P) Ltd. is located over at Fatima Elegance. We are on the second floor at No.16/1, which some people still remember as Old No. 12. You can find us at the 2nd Cross in S.G. Narayana Layout, right off Lalbagh Main Road. Being up on the second floor means we are a bit away from the street noise, which is nice when we are trying to get the paperwork sorted. We have been dealing with tool supplies for quite a while now. It is a bit of a niche business, but we enjoy the work. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we keep our records and talk to our regular customers. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, but we manage. We handle a lot of different items, and the shelves are usually pretty full. It gets a bit hectic when a large shipment arrives, and we have to check everything in. We aren't into big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just focus on getting the right tools to the people who need them for their jobs. The team here is small, and we’ve all been together for years. We know the 2nd Cross area well, and it’s a good spot for us. It’s just a regular, everyday office where we try to keep things organized and help out anyone who stops by with a tool requirement.
