Acer Service Center

We are located up on the third floor, in rooms 301 and 302, over in the Marathahalli area. Being in this part of town means we see a lot of people who work in the big IT parks nearby. They usually come in looking pretty stressed because their work computer stopped working. Our space is divided into two separate rooms. One is for the customers to come in and drop their things off, and the other is where we actually do the repairs and testing. It’s often a bit cluttered with boxes and bubble wrap from shipments. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls here. Just some calendars and maybe a clock that’s a few minutes fast. We drink a lot of coffee to keep ourselves going during the afternoon rush. Since we are in rooms 301 and 302, it’s a bit of a walk up if the elevator is acting up again. We aren't a big corporation with a thousand different rules for everything. We just take the computers, figure out what’s wrong, and fix them if we have the parts. It’s practical work. We stay late sometimes when there’s a lot of work to finish by the weekend. Marathahalli is always busy outside, so there’s always noise coming from the street. We just keep our focus on the work.
