Acer Service Center

Our service center is located at number 15 in Jayanagar 2nd Stage. It’s a decent neighborhood and we’ve gotten used to the daily rhythm of the street. Inside the shop, it's mostly a lot of metal shelves with tagged boxes waiting for their owners to come and pick them up. We handle all the repairs that come through the door. Some days are slow and we just sit around cleaning the tools or organizing the back room. Other days, everyone seems to have a laptop problem at once and the small waiting area gets pretty full. We try to keep track of everything with a simple logbook and some stickers. It’s not a high-tech setup on the front end, even if we are working on high-tech stuff in the back workshop. The technicians usually have their headphones on while they work. We don't have a big corporate team telling us what to do every single minute. We just look at the repair tickets and get to work. If a spare part is missing, we have to wait for the courier to arrive, which can be a bit annoying for everyone. We try to explain things clearly to anyone who comes in. No fancy words or complicated explanations. Just what is wrong and how long it might take.
