Our place is tucked away near Tumkur Road at Madanayakanahalli. Specifically, we're at No. 36/2. If you know the area, you know it’s quite an industrial stretch. Balaji Electro Controls Pvt.Ltd. has been operating from here for a good while. It's a busy spot. We have a lot of equipment around and the floor is usually covered in some kind of project. We don't really have time for making things look pretty for visitors. It’s a working shop. We deal with electrical stuff mostly. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big order comes in. The noise from the main road is always there in the background. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows their job. We don’t bother with long meetings or anything like that. We just talk over the work while we’re doing it. It’s easier that way. The building itself is sturdy and does what it needs to. We’ve added bits and pieces to the workspace as we’ve grown. It’s a bit of a maze inside now with all the parts and boxes. But we know where everything is. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a place where things get built. We’ve been part of this community for years. People around here know we’re reliable for getting the work done without any nonsense. We just keep our heads down and finish the day's tasks to the best of our ability.
