At Balaji Infotech, we spend our time fixing computers and dealing with software issues. Our shop is at 190/8 on Shiv Prasad Bhatnagar Marg in Masaq Ganj. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but people find us. The workspace is usually covered in motherboards, loose screws, and tangled cables. It’s not a showroom. We have a couple of old workbenches where we do the repairs. Most people come to us when their laptops get slow or if they need a new part installed. We also help with basic stuff like printing and scanning documents. It’s a small operation, just me and a helper. Masaq Ganj is a crowded area, so there is always a lot of dust, and we have to clean the equipment constantly. We don't have a big corporate team or anything. It’s just a local business where we try to get things fixed as fast as possible. Sometimes we stay late when a customer really needs their machine back for a project. The lighting inside isn't great, so we use a lot of desk lamps. We don't do much advertising. People mostly just hear about us from their neighbors. It's a practical place for anyone around Bhatnagar Marg who has tech problems that need solving without a lot of fuss. We keep a few spare monitors in the corner just in case someone needs a quick replacement while theirs is being fixed.
