Ultratech Cement Ltd

We are over here in Deesa, right behind the Old Police Line in the Nava Vas area. It’s a busy spot most days. Most people around here know us because of the big Ultratech bags moving in and out. Being in Gujarat, it gets really hot in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the heavy lifting done early when it’s still a bit cool. The road out front can get a little dusty when the trucks come through, but that is just part of the job. I’ve been working at this location for a while now, and you get used to the rhythm of the place. We have a small office where we handle the paperwork and talk to the folks who stop by. It’s not a fancy setup by any means. We just have what we need to keep things moving. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to chat for a minute. There is a tea stall not too far down the road that we visit when things quiet down. Living and working in this part of Deesa feels pretty normal. You see the same faces every day, from the drivers to the local builders. We don’t spend much time worrying about the corporate side of things. We just focus on getting the cement where it needs to go and making sure the inventory is right. It's a lot of manual work and checking lists, but it keeps us busy from morning until we close up the gates for the night.
