You can find us on the second floor of the City Light Business Center. It’s Shop No 50. We are right in the Main Market area of Palanpur, which is usually quite crowded. The Citylight Hotel is the best landmark to look for if you’re trying to find us. We’ve been here at Ideal Holidays for a bit, helping people plan their vacations. It’s a bit of a climb to the second floor, but it’s quieter up here than down on the street. The market downstairs is always full of people buying vegetables or clothes. We like being in the center of everything. When someone wants to go on a trip, they usually come up here to sit and talk through the details. We don't have any fancy brochures that look like they're from a magazine, just honest talk about where to go. Palanpur is a nice place to live, but everyone needs a break sometimes. We try to make the booking part easy. It’s a small office, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules. Being near the hotel means we get people asking for directions sometimes too. We just do our best to help whoever comes in. It’s a steady job and we like the people we meet.
