Fresh Collection

We are right here on the Ahmedabad Highway in Palanpur. If you find Hotel Cappal, we are just below it at Shop No-2. It’s a busy spot because of the highway traffic. People are always passing through. We started Fresh Collection because we wanted to have a place where locals could find what they need without going too far. Being near the highway means we see a lot of travelers too. It’s a small shop, nothing too crazy, but we keep it organized. The heat can get a bit much out here on the road, but inside it’s alright. We spend most of our day talking to customers who stop by. Some are regulars from Palanpur, others are just stopping for a break from their drive. We’ve been at this location for some time now and everyone knows the landmark of Hotel Cappal. It makes it easy to give directions. We don’t do much advertising, mostly just people seeing us as they drive past or locals telling their neighbors. We try to keep the stock interesting. It’s a lot of work running a shop right on the main road, but we enjoy the pace. Sometimes it’s quiet, sometimes five people walk in at once. That’s just how it goes here. We are just a local business trying to do things right for the people who walk through our door.
