Earth Industries

Earth Industries takes up Plot No. 405-406-407 over in the Dediyasan Industrial Estate. Having three plots side by side gives us a lot of room, which is lucky because we always seem to have a lot of stuff lying around. Dediyasan is a busy area, but our corner feels a bit more spread out. We spend a lot of time walking between the different sections of the building to check on things. The floors are hard and dusty, and by the end of the shift, everyone's shoes are the same color as the ground outside. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a script. Usually, whoever is closest to the phone just picks it up. It is a bit disorganized in the office part, with papers and folders everywhere, but we know where everything is. The main work area is where most of the action happens. We have some older machines that need a bit of extra care, but they still run fine. The heat in the afternoon can be tough, so we keep the big doors open to try and catch a breeze. It is a practical way of working. No one here wears a suit; it is all just work shirts and boots. We have been here long enough that the place feels like a second home, even with the noise and the dust. It is a lot of work but it is fine.
