This company, Tharad Organic Farmer Producer Company Limited, is really a group effort. We are registered at Gagdasbhai Mogaji Patel’s place in Chotapaluvana. The roads out here can be rough, especially after the monsoon, but we make it work. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We aren't looking for fame; we just want a fair price for the hard work we put into the soil. It takes a lot of patience to do things the organic way. We often spend our evenings just sitting around, talking about the next harvest. It's a simple life out here in the Banaskantha district. Our neighbors sometimes bring over extra snacks while we work. It's just how we live.
