This office is actually located at Qr.No. E-160 inside the Utcl colony at Hirmi Cement Works. It’s a bit of a drive out to P.O.-Hirmi in the Raipur district. Since we are right there by the works, things can get a little dusty sometimes. It is a practical spot for us to be though. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting lounge. Most of us just sit together in the main room. We’ve got Alok Matthias looking after things here. It feels more like a house than a typical business office. We drink a lot of tea while we go through the papers. The windows look out towards the industrial area which is always active. Being in Chhattisgarh, the weather gets really hot, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the loudest. We just want to make sure the records are correct and the day goes smoothly. It’s a quiet life out here compared to the big cities. We know everyone around the colony and they know us. There is no need for anything fancy or complicated. We just do the work and then head home when the sun goes down. It is just a normal place for us to be together and work.
