If you are looking for Shailshankar Restaurant Llp, we are at House No 07 in Civil Lines, over in the Dwarikapuri Colony of Ballia. We’ve been operating out of this house for a bit now. It is a restaurant, so the kitchen is the heart of the whole place. It gets hot and crowded in there, especially during the lunch and dinner rush. We have a few tables set up and we try to keep the place tidy, but it’s a working kitchen so there is always a bit of chaos. The staff are all local folks from Ballia who know how to cook the way people here like it. We don't have a fancy website or a big manager in a suit. It is just us in our aprons making sure the food is ready on time. Dwarikapuri Colony is a nice area, and we have a lot of regulars who come in and chat while they wait for their orders. We spend a lot of time sourcing ingredients from the local market every morning. It is important to us that things are fresh and local. Sometimes we run out of something and have to change the menu on the fly, but that is just how a small restaurant works. We are just a group of people who enjoy cooking and serving our neighbors here in Uttar Pradesh.
