Swanky Developers Llp is situated in Bellary at SLV Towers on Sangankal Road. We are in suite number 503. The building is in a pretty busy area, so there is always a lot of noise from the street below. We work on various property development projects around the Bellary region. It gets very hot here, so we usually have the fans or the AC going all day while we work. Our office is a functional space with a few desks and a lot of maps of the local area pinned to the walls. We are a small team and we don't bother with expensive advertising. Most of our work comes from people we have known for years in the city. We spend a good chunk of our time dealing with land titles and construction permits. It is not the most exciting work, but it is necessary to get buildings up. Sangankal Road is a major route, so it is easy for people to find us, though the traffic can be a pain in the evening. We don't try to look like a big city firm. We are just local guys who know the land here. We talk plainly and we don't make big claims about what we do. We just work on our current projects and move to the next one when we are done.
