Srija Developers

This specific branch of Srija Developers is located at Plot No. 64652 in Gandhi Nagar. It is a bit different from our other spots because this area has its own slower pace. We are part of the E S Member section here, and the neighbors are all pretty friendly people who have lived here for years. We deal with a lot of land stuff at this office. Most of the day is spent looking at boundaries and making sure the titles are clear, which is a lot more paperwork than most people realize. The office here is not anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can sit down with a map and a calculator. I usually keep the window open to let in a breeze, even though it brings in some of the dust from the road. My assistant handles most of the filing and phone calls while I am out meeting people at their sites. We get all sorts of people coming in. Some are looking to sell a small piece of land they inherited, while others want to start a small project of their own. We treat everyone the same, usually starting with a glass of water and some talk about how the neighborhood is changing so fast. Gandhi Nagar is growing, and we are just trying to keep up with the demand without making things too complicated. It is honest work, and even when the rains make the roads messy, we still head out.
