Belagu Constructions Private Limited is based in Hospet. Our office is located in the 12th Ward, specifically in the Chitwadhi area. We are easy to find because we are near the Ramanamali Masjid. The business is run by Paddamma and her husband Yamunappa. We don't have a big corporate office in a glass building. Instead, we work from a place that feels like home. Hospet can get very hot, so we usually have a fan running while we go over the accounts and the building plans. Most of our day is spent out on the field, though. We are always looking at foundations or checking the quality of the bricks we bought. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just build things. Whether it’s a small wall or a whole house, we treat it the same way. The neighborhood around the masjid is lively, and we often talk to our neighbors while we’re coming and going. We don’t have a team of salesmen. We just let the work we do speak for itself. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical problems of construction like broken tools or people not showing up on time. We just fix the issues and move forward. It’s a simple, honest way to work. We’ve been in Chitwadhi for a while and we know the land and the people here very well.
