Shiva Rubber Udyog

Down here in Ahir Wada, things move at their own pace. Shiva Rubber Udyog is at No-187, right in Ward No-2 of Ballabgarh. It’s a busy part of town and the streets are always full of people going about their business. Our place isn't hard to find if you are familiar with the local area. We have a basic setup that has worked for us for years. There’s a lot of manual work involved and the floor is usually covered in whatever materials we are moving that day. The building itself is older, but it holds up well against the weather. We have a few long-term workers who have been with us since the start. They know where every tool is kept even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. We start the day quite early before the sun gets too high. There’s a small shop nearby where we get our lunch most days. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a big city business park. We have grease on our hands and the smell of rubber is always in the air. That’s just the nature of what we do in Ballabgarh. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decorations. As long as the machines are running and the orders are going out, we are happy. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It's just how we live.
