Paras Rubber Industries

Our factory is in Adarsh Nagar, located on Malerna Road. We are quite close to the Balaji Public School, so you often hear the kids playing or the school bells during the day. Paras Rubber Industries is where we handle all the rubber processing and manufacturing. It has a very specific smell that you never really get out of your clothes, but you stop noticing it after an hour or two. Malerna Road can be a bit bumpy and dusty, especially when the big supply trucks are moving through Adarsh Nagar. Inside the building, there are machines running and the floor is usually a bit stained from the materials we use. We aren't a big high-tech plant; it is more of a local setup where we do things by hand or with older machines that we know how to fix ourselves. There is a small office near the front gate where we keep the files, but most of the work happens in the back where it is louder. We have some tea breaks under the tree outside when it gets too stuffy inside the workshop. It is a practical place. We don't have any fancy signs or a reception area. People just come to the gate and ask for us. The proximity to the school makes the mornings very busy with traffic, so we usually try to get our big loads moved earlier in the day.
