Himanshu Warehousing Corporation

Himanshu Warehousing Corporation is located out on Sikri Tyala Road. It’s a bit of a stretch of road that doesn’t have too much on it, which is good for a warehouse because we need the space. The building is basically a large shell designed to keep things dry and safe. Inside, it’s mostly rows of pallets and stacks of items waiting to be moved. It has that specific warehouse smell—a mix of cardboard, dust, and old wood. We don't have many visitors, as it's not a retail shop. Most of the action happens when a truck pulls up to the loading bay. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure things are in the right spot. It can be quite lonely work sometimes, especially when it’s just one or two of us in such a big space. The echo in here is something you get used to after a while. When the weather is bad, you can hear the rain drumming on the tin roof, which is quite a sound. We don't have a fancy office, just a small corner with a desk and a chair where we handle the logs. It’s a straightforward business of storage. We aren't doing anything complicated, just making sure that what comes in stays in good shape until it needs to go back out on Sikri Tyala Road again. It is a quiet routine.
