Padma Agencies

We are located in Balia, which is part of the Balasore district here in Orissa. Padma Agencies is the name we use, and we operate out of Minaketan Pati. It's a local spot, not hard to find if you are from around here. Balasore is a place where people still value talking face-to-face. We don't have a big marketing department or any glossy flyers. Most of what we do comes from being around for a long time and knowing the people in the community. The office is plain and functional. We have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of ledgers. It gets quite dusty sometimes because of the road, but we try to keep it tidy. Life in Orissa moves at its own pace, and we don't try to rush things too much. We deal with whatever comes through the door. Sometimes it’s supplies, other times it’s just paperwork. We don't use a lot of complicated technology. A basic phone and a ledger are usually enough for us. It’s a very hands-on way of working. People stop by to chat or to settle accounts, and we always have time for that. It’s not about being the biggest; it’s just about being there and doing the job right. We’ve been at this address for years, and we don’t plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon. It is home to us and we like the local atmosphere. Everyone knows where we are.
