Pathlavath Piree

Our place is H No 4-154 in Medigadda Thanda, which is part of Mothighanpur Village. It’s a quiet area most of the time, away from the big city noise. We live and work right here in the village. Things move at a different pace in the Thanda compared to the towns nearby. We mostly spend our time dealing with local stuff and people we’ve known for years. My family has been in this village for a long time, so everyone knows the house number. The surroundings are mostly fields and other houses. We don't have a lot of modern equipment, just the basics to get the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes off for a bit, so we just wait it out or do something else. It’s a practical way of living. We handle whatever comes our way, whether it's related to the local farm work or small supplies for the neighbors. It’s not a fancy business with a glass front or anything like that. Just a regular house where we run things from. You might see some cattle passing by while we are working outside. We like it this way because it’s simple and we are close to home. Being in Mothighanpur Village means we are part of the community here. Every day is pretty much the same, but that’s fine by us because it is our way of life in the village.
