A. K. Polymer is located over in Balanagar at G D. No. 3 in the CIE area. It is an industrial spot, so there is always a lot of movement around here. We work with different kinds of plastics and polymers every day. The machines make a lot of noise, and the smell of raw materials is something you just get used to after a week or two. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work by stacking things high and keeping the floor as clear as possible. Ranga Reddy District has changed a lot lately, but our corner of the industrial estate stays pretty much the same. We have a small team of guys who know how to run the equipment. Most of our day is spent watching the production and making sure nothing gets jammed up. It can get hot in the afternoons, especially when all the heaters are going. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. If you come by, you'll probably find us on the shop floor or sitting near the entrance checking the logs. We handle the orders as they come in and try to stay on top of the schedule. It is mostly about keeping the rhythm going and making sure the raw plastic gets turned into what it needs to be. Nothing too complicated, just steady work in a busy district.
