Zesro Services is a small company based in Balaghat. We are located in Awalaghari, Ward No 1. A good way to find us is to look for the Anna Pan Thela, because we are right near there. Everyone in this part of town knows that spot, so it’s easy to give people directions. Our workspace isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a few rooms where we keep our equipment and do our daily tasks. We handle different kinds of service work, mostly things related to technology and fixing software issues for people. It’s a local operation, and we know many of our neighbors by name. The office can get a bit warm in the afternoons during the summer, so we always have the fans running at full speed. We don't have a big team or any fancy corporate titles. We just do whatever needs to be done that day, whether it's answering emails or fixing a server. Sometimes it’s busy and we are working late, and other days it’s a bit slower and we have time for an extra cup of tea and a chat. We aren't trying to be the biggest business in Madhya Pradesh; we’re just happy doing our part here in Balaghat. It’s a simple, honest way to work, and we like the community around us.
