You can find us at C-21 in the Riko Industrial Area of Sotnala. Myk Laticrete I Pvt. Ltd. has its facility here and it is a very industrial setting. There are factories all around us and the road is usually full of heavy vehicles. Our plot is quite large and we have several different sections for production and storage. The office part is pretty plain with just some basic furniture and a few computers. It gets quite noisy during the day because of the machinery and the trucks coming in to load the adhesives. We don't have any fancy marketing materials or a polished image. Most of the people who work here are focused on the technical side of things and making sure the quality is right. The walls are a bit stained from the materials we use and the floor is always a bit dusty. We have a small room where we eat lunch together and talk about things other than work for a bit. It is a very practical environment where the focus is on getting the orders out the door. We don't have a lot of walk-in visitors because we are so far out in the industrial zone. It is hard, honest work and we don't try to sugarcoat it or make it sound like anything other than what it is. We start early and we finish late, and that is just the way it has always been for us here.
