If you head down Bahadurgarh Road and look for number 6597, you will find Sweetone Industries. It is a busy part of the city, and the road is always packed with people and carts moving goods back and forth. We have been in this location for many years. The building is one of those old ones with narrow stairs and high ceilings. We make our products here, and the smell of the work is something we have grown fond of over time. It is a very practical place. We don't have fancy air conditioning in every room, just some old ceiling fans that do the job. The name Sweetone sounds a bit different, but it’s just who we are. We don't have a big team of executives or anything. It's mostly family and a few workers who have become like family. We take our morning tea together and then get to work. The paperwork is all done by hand mostly, kept in big ledgers. It’s an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it works for us. We don't see the need to change everything just because times are different now. As long as the machines are running and the orders are going out, we are happy enough. It is just a regular life in a busy Delhi market.
