Sadashiva Sugars Ltd

We are based in Bagalkot, right here in Karnataka at Sadashiva Sugars Ltd. It is a busy place most of the year, especially when the harvest comes in. You can see the tractors and trucks lined up on the road outside for a long way. The heat is pretty intense during the afternoons, and the smell of the crushed cane fills the whole area around the factory. We have a lot of local guys working here, some have been with us for years and know the machinery better than anyone. It is not a fancy setup, just a lot of metal, steam, and hard work every day. Inside the gates, things get noisy once the rollers start spinning. We spend most of our time making sure the crush is going right and the juice is flowing like it should. Sometimes the power goes out or a belt breaks, and everyone has to scramble to get things moving again. It is just the way it goes here. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. Just a simple building where we keep the books and handle the paperwork for the farmers. It gets dusty, and the fans never seem to move enough air, but the work gets done eventually. People around here know where we are, and we just keep at it day after day, trying to keep the schedule moving before the monsoon rains start making the roads too muddy for the heavy loads.
