Our place is located in Bidari, which is part of the Mudhol taluk in Bagalkot. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but it’s where we set up Ninganoor Foods and Beverages. The area is pretty quiet compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. Most of our days are spent dealing with local produce and figuring out the best way to get things processed. We aren’t using any high-tech gadgets or anything, just standard machines that get the job done. It’s a local operation, and most of the folks working here live just down the road. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get muddy after the rain, but we just keep moving along. We started this because there was a need for more food processing in this part of the district. It isn't always easy, and there’s a lot of paperwork that comes with running an LLP, but we manage. The building is a basic structure, nothing to brag about, but it keeps the rain off our heads and the stock dry. We focus on the daily tasks, like checking the inventory and making sure the machines are oiled. It’s a practical life out here in Bidari. We don't have a marketing team, just our names on the sign and a lot of grit. People know where to find us if they need anything from our range. We just keep our heads down and work.
