Kabson Software Private Limited

Our small team is based at Ganga Nivas in Maigur Colony. Kabson Software Private Limited doesn't operate out of a massive tech park or a glass skyscraper. Instead, we are settled into a more residential part of town, which makes the morning commute a lot more pleasant. The Ganga Nivas building is a simple place that suits the way we work perfectly. Most of the day is spent at our desks, staring at code and trying to figure out why things aren't running correctly. Because we are in Maigur Colony, it’s quiet enough for everyone to concentrate without too much outside noise. We have a tiny break area where we grab snacks and talk about our projects or what’s on TV. The atmosphere isn't formal or high-pressure; it's just a group of people doing their best with the software. We haven't bothered with a massive sign or any fancy decorations in the office. All we really need are our computers and a decent internet connection. Sometimes you can hear the local neighborhood sounds, like kids playing or vendors passing by, which is quite nice. We just focus on writing the code and fixing the bugs before the day ends. It’s a very simple setup that works well for our group. Nobody here is trying to be anything other than what they are, which is just a bunch of people who enjoy working on software together and getting things done right.
