Ava Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. Badlapur

Our factory is Ava Chemicals and we are based in the Badlapur MIDC area. Specifically, you can find us at W-59 in the Kulgaon Post area. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but this is where all the industrial work happens. The site is a mix of big storage tanks and processing areas. We work with various chemicals, so there is always a particular smell in the air and everyone has to follow safety rules carefully. The plant is mostly outdoors or under large tin roofs. It gets very hot during the summer months, and the rain can be quite loud on the roof during the monsoon. We have a small office near the gate for all the delivery notes and permits. We aren't a corporate giant; we are a chemical plant that focuses on basic manufacturing. The workers are mostly from the nearby villages or Badlapur town. We don’t have a marketing department or a fancy lobby. We just produce the chemicals and load them onto the trucks that come through our gate. It’s a dusty, busy place. Most of our day is spent checking the mixtures or watching the gauges. It is a straightforward business where we just focus on the production side of things and making sure the orders are ready for the transport trucks.
