Wallace Pharma Pvt Ltd is based down in Village Bhattian, over in the Nalagarh Baddi area. We are tucked away in the A P Colony, which is pretty much right across from the TVS plant. If you’re familiar with the industrial side of Baddi, you’ll know exactly where that is. It’s a busy spot with a lot of factories and workers moving around at all hours. Our place isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s a functional space where we handle the pharmaceutical side of things. We have people coming in for shifts and the atmosphere is always about getting the work finished. We don't sit around talking about big goals or missions. We just check the schedules and get to it. The area can be quite dusty and loud because of all the construction and the big plants nearby, but that’s just part of being in an industrial colony. We’ve been here long enough that the sounds of the TVS plant and the trucks don’t even bother us anymore. We’re a practical bunch of people. We value the fact that we have a steady place to work in Bhattian. It’s about being reliable and staying organized. When you walk into our office or the warehouse, you’ll see people who are busy and focused.
